It kills adult fleas and is indicated for the treatment and prevention of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis), and the treatment and control of tick infestations [lxodes scapularis (black-legged tick), Dermacentor variabilis (American dog tick), Rhipicephalus sanguineus (brown dog tick), and Haemaphysalis longicornis (Asian longhorned tick)] for 12 weeks in dogs and puppies 6 months of age and older, and weighing 2kg or greater.
It is also indicated for the treatment and control of Amblyomma americanum (lone star tick) infestations for 8 weeks in dogs and puppies 6 months of age and older, and weighing 2kg or greater.
Singular cases (1.6%) of mild and transient gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea/vomiting/in appetence/drooling related to the root of administration of the product were observed in clinical studies.
Lethargy, muscle tremor, ataxia and convulsion have been reported very rarely in spontaneous reports. Most reported adverse reactions were self-limiting and of short duration.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients.
