1 . African swine fever passed to China's pig industry caused extremely serious threat. China is the world's largest country in pork consumption and pig breeding. The annual production of pigs is about 700 million. African swine fever is the number one killer in the pig industry. There are no vaccines and no drugs to prevent and treat it. According to the epidemic characteristics of African swine fever globally and the current status of pig breeding in China, the epidemic situation will further expand in my country and will exist for a long time. The continued occurrence of African swine fever will have a devastating impact on my country's hog breeding industry, seriously affecting my country's food and nutrition security, winning the tough battle of poverty alleviation in rural areas, and the stable development of the economy and society.

2 . The lack of maturity, supporting the comprehensive prevention and control technology system. At present, the source of the epidemic situation of African swine fever in China and its prevalence in China are still unclear.
