Penicillin G Procaine and Dihydrostreptomycin Sulfate and Betamethasone and Chlorpheniramine Maleate and Procaine Hydrochloride Injectable Suspension 1ml: 200000 IU + 250 mg + 0.5 mg + 8 mg + 15 mg
Indications
Used to treat omphalitis, arthritis, mastitis, septicemia, secondary infections, and respiratory and urinary tract diseases in cattle, pigs, horses, sheep, goats, dogs and cats caused by pathogens susceptible to penicillin and dihydrostreptomycin.
Administration and Dosage
Administered intramuscularly at a dose of 1-1.5 ml per 10 kg of body weight for 3-4 days.
Cattle and Horses: 15-25 ml per animal per day
Pigs: 10-12 ml per animal per day
Sheep and Goats: 5 -7 ml per animal per day
Dogs and Cats: 0.5-2 ml per animal per day
Contraindications
Avoid use in animals with hypersensitivity to penicillins and dihydrostreptomycin, as well as those with impaired renal function.
Side Effects
Possible allergic reactions, transient skin rashes, fever, vomiting, tremors, anxiety and loss of coordination. Transient reactions at the injection site may occur.
Withdrawal Period
Meat: 30 days
Milk: 3 days
Not permitted for use in horses whose meat is intended for human consumption.
